The HACCP risk management system complements the product board’s existing Good Manufacture/ Manage Practise quality assurance standards (GMP). The GMP+HACCP quality assurance systems (known as GMP+) is expanded to cover the entire chain, from feed ingredients, to producer, to transport company and livestock farmer.
