How do we work @ Joosten – Young animal nutrition ?
At Joosten, we find it extremely important that all colleagues work from our office in Weert. We’re a fast-growing company, we are hiring new colleagues, who need to find their way. It is important to create an environment which gives everyone the chance to reach out to colleagues whether it is to brainstorm, discuss, learn from each other. Lunch is organised by Joosten, and is used for informal discussions as well as business discussions, because everyone’s input is highly appreciated. We encourage everyone to bring ideas to the table, to create successes together.

The selection process is made in two stages. First, we take a look at your application and resume. Secondly, we invite you for two online assessments to check if there also is a culture match. Followed, by max two interviews with amongst others Nina Janssen and one of the colleagues.
